My path into design didn't begin in a design studio, it began in journalism and healthcare, where I spent years listening to people, asking questions, and trying to understand what was happening beneath the surface.

Working directly with customers taught me that behind every process, product, or service is a human experience. I became fascinated by the gap between what organizations intend to deliver and what people actually experience.

Journalism gave me the habit of observing closely, challenging assumptions, and looking for the story behind the data. Over time, I realized those same skills were at the core of great design.

In 2022, I made the transition into product design to move beyond identifying problems and start helping solve them. Since then, I've worked across healthcare, SaaS, cultural institutions, and emerging technologies, contributing to products that support real people in real-world situations.

Today, I bring together curiosity, empathy, and a systems perspective to understand how people, technology, and organizations interact and how thoughtful design can make those interactions better.
